Having previously been commissioned to produce videos introducing their business, DeSoutter Medical asked us to create a series of instructional videos about their range of surgical power tools and medical equipment.

Having previously created a number of event films for Ascom, this time we were asked to produce a series of video case studies – of hospitals using their wireless technology. In this example, we filmed in the Children’s Ward at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.

The PathLAKE consortium, comprising some of the nation’s leading digital and computational innovators from NHS and academia, have formed a computational hub to drive AI innovation in pathology. PathLAKE tasked Cohesion Studio with filming an expert talking to camera to outline the benefits of computer assisted (AI) diagnosis, and creating short, animated segments to help illustrate key points.

Anthropos wanted a video to introduce their connected care platform, which provides insights and evidence to support care providers to refine care plans and make better care decisions. So, Cohesion created a short promotional video outlining the benefits of the system.

Mentice asked Cohesion to make a video of the PAE workshop held at University Hospital Southampton. The event brought together Interventional Radiologists from around the UK to be part of a ground-breaking workshop that included using the simulators.

Mentice asked us to create a video about their online learning centre, so we liaised closely with a cameraman in Sweden to shoot the footage, agreeing on the shots needed and the shooting style. We then edited the footage, to create a main version of the video, then some shorter cut downs -one of which is above.

Hilotherm provides post-operative treatment equipment that helps patients recovering from surgery. We were asked to produce a series of how-to videos that teach patients how to use the equipment in their own homes.

We were tasked to make a number of promotional films for De Soutter Medical, who manufactures powered hand tools for the medical sector. We spent three days filming how their equipment is designed and manufactured. The footage was edited into three films – an overview film and two films about their main product ranges. They were to be used at trade shows and shown in their headquarters reception area.
